The visitor counter VVV Visit Den Bosch in De Moriaan is located on the always bustling Markt and is the living room of the city, where visitors experience a warm and hospitable welcome. De Moriaan is not only known for being the oldest brick house in the Netherlands. It is also the place where you will experience the most hospitable reception in Den Bosch! In addition, there are various information points in the city center where hosts are happy to send you well prepared. The visitor's counter is accessible to the disabled due to the presence of a lift.

THE BINNENDIEZE IN DEN BOSCH
The Binnendieze, a network of narrow waterways that wind through the heart of the city. The Binnendieze is rightfully one of the biggest crowd pullers in 's-Hertogenbosch. It is the collective name for the ancient system of all watercourses within the walls of 's-Hertogenbosch. Even for residents of the city, this cruise gives a whole new view of the city. The water used to serve as a trading place, water supply, washing place and fishing ground, but unfortunately also as an open sewer. Fortunately, it is now a protected area and the tours from April 1 to October 31 offer a unique journey through the history of the city.

THE NORTH BRABANT MUSEUM
Would you like to visit a museum during your visit? Visit Het Noordbrabants Museum and discover works by famous artists such as Van Gogh and Jan Sluijters, but also by young talent. THE MORIAN IN DEN BOSCH
De Moriaan is the oldest brick house in the Netherlands. The building dates from the early 13th century and overlooks the heart of the city: the Markt. Be sure to walk in, because here is also the city shop + tourist information point where you can obtain information about the city.
HE TRAM QUAY IN DEN BOSCH
Discover the socio-cultural hotspot just outside the city: the Tramkade. It is located on the site of the former compound feed factory De Heus. Discover the Kaaihallen, the Mixing Factory or the Werkwarenhuis on the Tramkade.
WANDER THROUGH THE HISTORIC CITY
In Den Bosch, especially wander through the historic city center. It has many tiny streets, alleys and courtyards where you can wander through. The Peter de Gekstraatje, Lombardje and De Vergulde Truffel. We mention a few, but find out for yourself! The uilenburg is such an area where you can wander wonderfully.

BASTION ORANGE
Near the center of 's-Hertogenbosch is the Bastion Oranje, the last bastion that was added to the fortress of 's-Hertogenbosch. Today you can take a dip in the past in the Bastionder. Take a guided tour and view the 500-year-old city walls with embrasures or enjoy the park and a unique view of the beautiful Bossche Broek nature reserve.

Bastion Maria in 's-Hertogenbosch is a quiet city park right in the center, along the Westwal and the Domme.
BROAD HARBOUR
The western side of the Binnenhaven is the Brede Haven, built between 1441 and 1449. However, it used to be called Achter den Steenoven, after a corner house called 'De Steenoven'. It has now become an apartment complex.

Within walking distance of the city center is the Citadel, a former fortress. This fort was intended to defend the city. It was built between 1637 and 1645 in the time of Frederik Hendrik.

Skip the well-known chain stores and get lost in the small streets full of cool boutiques. Wanderwood, for example: a handsome, earth-friendly boutique with slow fashion and the most beautiful (sustainable!) interior items and gadgets.
THE BOSSCHE BROEK
Het Bossche Broek is located just outside the city walls of 's-Hertogenbosch. Because it is so close to the city, Het Bossche Broek can easily be combined with a visit to the historic city center. Walk or cycle out of the city and discover not only the unique flora and fauna in this area, but also the beautiful view of the city.
Den Bosch is the largest walled city in the Netherlands and its medieval centre is an attraction in itself. Most of the city's best sights – its wharves, churches and monuments – are concentrated in a relatively small area that makes up the old town, which means that a full day and a good pair of walking shoes is all you need to cover most of the main attractions.
NS CENTRAL STATION 'S-HERTOGENBOSCH
Due to its central location in North Brabant, Den Bosch is very easy to reach by rail from all corners of the Netherlands. You can also walk straight into the city from the station.
Station 's-Hertogenbosch is the main railway station of 's-Hertogenbosch and a junction of railway lines in four directions. Approximately 46,000 passengers board or disembark each day (excluding transfer passengers), making 's-Hertogenbosch station the seventh busiest station in the Netherlands.
