am stroll Arles, in Provence, in the south of France. We enjoy another morning stroll, hanging out in Place Voltaire, a charming spot to watch the day begin, with its little tree-shaded square in the center surrounded by lovely old buildings. A couple of cafés and small food shops are open, but nothing much else is happening.
