Tallinn — Walking Tour Part 2, Upper Town

The Upper Town of Tallinn was formerly the residence of wealthy merchants who ruled the Lower Town. It is still the seat of government and offers views across the walls, towers, and tile roofs below. The walk descends back into the Lower Town through Old Town Square, St. Catherine's Passage, and other highlights.
